Data Deletion Request

1. What data we store

When you interact with the adabu.it website or with our applications on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), we may collect and store the following data:

  • Name and email address (if provided through the contact form or via Meta login).
  • Meta user ID and interaction data with our apps or pages.
  • Navigation data and analytical cookies.

2. How to request deletion

Pursuant to Art. 17 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").

To request the deletion of your data, send an email to:

privacy@adabu.it

In your request, please include:

  • Your full name.
  • The email address associated with your data.
  • A description of the data you wish to have deleted (e.g. "data collected through the Meta app", "data from the contact form").

3. Processing time

Your request will be processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once your data has been deleted.

In some cases, we may be required to retain certain data to comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax or accounting obligations). In such cases, we will inform you about which data is being retained and the reason.

4. Meta app data deletion

If you have interacted with our applications on Facebook or Instagram and wish to have your data deleted, you can:

  • Send us an email at privacy@adabu.it specifying "Meta app data deletion".
  • Remove the app from your Facebook settings: Settings → Apps and Websites → select the app → Remove.

We will delete all data associated with your account within 30 days.
